I can’t say enough great things about working with Justin from JM Pipeworks. Everyone knows how hard it can be to find someone that’s professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with, but Justin checks all those boxes. He’s quick to communicate, he reliably shows up when he says he will, he is friendly and professional, and he makes sure I am happy with how things come out. He is clearly experienced, knowledgeable, and pays great attention to detail. I’ve used him now for installing appliances and faucets, repairing a leak in old plumbing coming from a tub, installing a whole house water filter, and replacing a pressurizing tank. He’ll continue to be my go to guy because I can always count on him to do a great job!

I can't say enough about Justin! I called on a Saturday, not expecting a same day appointment, but I got one! Justin was prompt, courteous, friendly, efficient and did he know his stuff! He repaired my leaky toilet in no time flat, saving me a wasted 1000 gal. per month. I mentioned the icemaker in my refrigerator was never connected by the previous owner. He offered to have a look while he was there. While he could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known the difference, he told me it was connected, just not turned on at the water source. After two years with ice cube trays, problem solved. Lastly, his price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We called to have a plumber come in to check out a possible leak. Justin came that same day and was so patient with us and all of our questions as new homeowners. He also helped to unclog a shower drain while he was here. He didn’t try to sell any services we didn’t need, and gave us several useful tips and tricks that we can use going forward to figure some small things out on our own. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, and he will be the first call next time we suspect a plumbing issue.

In today’s world it is not only rare, but incredibly fortunate to find a company and owner like Justin. We have worked with Justin a few times over the past few months, and in all instances he has been honest, knowledgable and straight-forward with his communications and work. He has become our go-to for plumbing needs, and I would strongly recommend him.

My water softener failed and flooded my basement. I called Justin, after finding many recommendations on the local towns page, and he was there in an hour to remedy the leak. He also offered helpful advice with documenting and extracting all the water. Even lent me his pump for the night. Thankful he’s local!

My wife and I recently renovated the master suite in our home, completely overhauling our hot water systems, reconfigured the entire bathroom floor plan, added a jacuzzi tub, and upgraded to the Kohler DTV + (smart) shower system which features nine shower heads and allows voice commands via Google Assistant.
